The registration fee will include all materials, a continental breakfast and lunch.

There are two payment options: Prepay -or- Pay that Day

ROE #11 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the starting date of the event.

If you have pre-paid, refunds will be issued only to participants who call the Regional Office (217-348-0151) within 24 hours prior to the starting date of the event.

Day of Activity "no shows" are not eligible for a refund and will be billed the full amount of the activity.

Refunds will be issued if an event is canceled due to lack of enrollment or inclement weather.
